These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement (together, the "Terms") govern your use of Coreshatter (the "Game"), an idle tower-defense game by Idle Flow Games ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing Coreshatter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to play Coreshatter. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should only play with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and play Coreshatter for your own private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. This license is the only right you receive; we and our licensors retain all ownership of the Game and everything in it.
To keep the Game fair and working for everyone, you agree not to:
Idle and offline progress is a designed feature of Coreshatter and is never a violation of these Terms.
Coreshatter has no required account. Your progress is saved locally on your device. On Android, you can optionally sign in to Google Play Games, which backs up your save to Play Games cloud save (stored in your Google account) so it can be restored when you reinstall or move to a new device, and which keeps your in-app purchases linked to you across devices. You can play entirely offline without signing in. We are not responsible for the loss of your save resulting from uninstalling without a cloud backup, clearing the app's storage, device failure or loss, or app updates.
How we handle data, including analytics, crash reports, purchases, sign-in, and ads, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Coreshatter offers optional in-app purchases, including a one-time "Remove Ads" upgrade and packs of in-game currency. In-game currencies (such as Scrap, Data, Shards, Flux, and Axiom) and all other virtual items, upgrades, and unlocks are licensed to you for use within the Game only. They:
All purchases are processed by your device's app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) under that store's terms; we never receive your payment card details. All sales are final except where a refund is required by law or granted under the applicable store's refund policy, and any refund is handled by that store, not by us.
We may add, change, remove, or adjust the price and availability of virtual items at any time. If we discontinue the Game or a feature, virtual items may become unavailable or be lost without a cash refund, except where the law requires otherwise.
On the Android and iOS apps, Coreshatter offers optional rewarded video ads, served by third parties such as Google AdMob. You only ever see an ad if you choose to watch one for an in-game reward; there are no banner ads and no forced interstitials. The web version shows no ads, and the one-time "Remove Ads" purchase disables rewarded ads entirely. Ad content comes from third parties and is governed by their own terms and policies.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game, or any feature, content, or virtual item within it, at any time and without notice. The Game is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Coreshatter and all of its content, including its code, art, audio, design, and names (such as Core, Grid, Glyphs, Shatter, Convergence, Foundry, and Mainframe), are owned by Idle Flow Games or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license to play granted above, these Terms give you no rights in the Game's intellectual property.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that your progress will never be lost.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idle Flow Games will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of progress, virtual items, or purchases, arising out of or relating to your use of the Game. To the extent we are found liable, our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us through in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you, and you may have rights that these Terms cannot override.
This license and these Terms apply until terminated. Your rights under these Terms end automatically if you breach them. You may end them at any time by uninstalling and ceasing to use the Game. Provisions that by their nature should survive (such as those on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.
If you obtained Coreshatter through the Apple App Store, the following also applies. These Terms are between you and Idle Flow Games only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the Game. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Game, including product liability, any failure to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection claims, or third-party claims that the Game infringes intellectual property rights. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Idle Flow Games operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
We may update these Terms when the Game or its features change. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
